Diana Chan
Diana Chan specializes in leadership and management as well as organisational development programmes for high potentials, new managers and managers transitioning to senior leadership positions.
She customizes individual and organizational development initiatives, facilitates off sites for new managers on team bonding and achieving team goals.
In addition to facilitating training on performance management, feedback and coaching, competency-based interviewing skills, influencing skills, customer service skills, managing virtual teams, diversity-related skills and mentoring initiatives, Diana provides personalised executive coaching on individual and team alignment. She works with global and regional key stakeholders, providing consultancy advice on organisational development interventions.

Diana was the Vice President, Learning and Development, Asia Pacific, JPMorgan Chase Bank. Before that, she was Director, Global Talent, Learning and Development, Investment Bank, UBS. Diana’s other corporate experience included working in Citibank, DBS and United Overseas Bank.
Diana has Masters of Science in Training and Human Resource Management, University of Leicester.
